Filament fiber Polyester mat is made of high quality PET chips, which are processed by spunbonding directly into the net, needle punching consolidation, high temperature setting, dipping glue, drying and other processes. The spinning melt is stretched by high-speed airflow under the action of high nozzle stretching. it makes the formed long fibers has a high degree of orientation, crystallinity and structural stability, and imparted with high tensile strength and large residual elongation.
